Hola!
A group of Latin-American volunteers (some InterNations members included) is organizing this free event that promotes a holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle.

The speaker - Suzanne Powell- was born in Ireland and moved to Spain after she was diagnosed with cancer, more than 30 years ago. Since then, she has been travelling the world, working on humanitarian projects and sharing her passion and expertise in holistic wellness. Her online presence counts the 80,000 Facebook followers while her blog reaches 10 million visits per month.

Suzanne's Zen course is an introduction to her method. Over six sessions, she will give participants the tools to control their nervous system through conscious breathing, meditation and stimulating the 'chakras' or centres of energy in the body.
The course is free – and open to everyone over the age of 17. No previous experience with meditation is required.

This year, Suzanne will also give a 2-hour workshop on holistic health. It includes a Q&A - where she'll cover topics from mindfulness to chronic illnesses.
