English speaking churches and schools (Ouagadougou)

We are thinking about moving to Ouaga and wanted to get a bit more information before we make a final decision. All the threads have been very helpful.

Does anyone know of any English speaking churches in Ouaga?

What is the reputation, in terms of academic and extra-curricular activities, of the international school like? Is it the only English speaking school around?
