Moving to Veneto in July! (Padua)

I am new to the Padova group...nice to meet you all!

A little about me: I am a women's shoe designer who has lived around the world, including China, London, Switzerland and Mexico. I am starting my own brand of luxury women's shoes, and will manufacture in Italy. I hear the Veneto region is the place to find a good luxury factory.

I have always wanted to live in Italy! I love the culture, the language, the food, the wine, the architecture...and the list goes on. I am applying for my Italian visa this Friday, and plan to move in mid-July, but I am currently undecided which specific town...I am thinking Padova or Verona. Which do you prefer and why?
