Reliable Internet Solution (Padua)

Hi,
I'm looking for a solution for Internet at home and, this not being the 17th century as far as I'm aware, was looking for the following:
- no installation of a fixed modem, rather something like the 3WebCube
- no download limit (can get slower once you hit the limit, but no payment for every MB that you download too much), so not like the 3WebCube
- don't care about the speed, as long as it works
Currently I have the Linkem system at home, which has a download speed of approximately zero. I need to change absolutely, because it simply does not work.
Any recommendation is appreciated.
