Areas for Expats (Panama City)

Hi,
I'm moving to Panama at the end of june. Can any advise as to the best locations to live as an expat. I'm looking for somewhere where i have easy access to a gym, local food store and parks.
Moreover, if there are any websites that can assist in my search for accommodation, i would be grateful.
