brand new, asking everything! (Panama City)

My wife and I are looking seriously into moving to Panama in Protected content months, leaning towards Boquete. However, we don't even know enough to ask intelligent questions. IF you can provide the answers to the questions that we would have asked if we knew enough to ask them, we'd be ever so grateful. Info about housing, services, good vs. not-so-swell neighborhoods, lawyer references, etc., ad infinitum. P & K
