City Car Rental? (Panama City)

Hello everyone!

I will be in Panama City from from March Protected content again April Protected content there are any events going on during those times?

But what I really need help with is finding a good place to rent a car. I am thinking of picking it up Wednesday night, March 27th for a drive out to Chiriqui on the 28th - trying to avoid the holiday traffic on the 29th! Also, looking for a place that won't promise me one low price on the internet and then "surprise" me with extra fees once I get there. Just need something economical and reliable. Anyone have recommendations? I'd like to reserve something as soon as possible.
