Colombian painter expo at INAC in the Old Town (Panama City)

The National Institute of Culture (INAC) and the Berta Hutzenlaub Association recently inaugurated an exposition by Colombian artist Guillermo Ruiz at the Visual Arts Gallery located at Las Bovedas in the Old Town.

Guillermo Ruiz was born in Santiago de Cali, Colombia, studied at the Instituto Departamental de Bellas Artes in Cali, Valle. He also obtained a Diploma as a curator. He has had solo and group exhibitions in Cali, Medellín and Bogota in his native Colombia, and also in New York, USA.

Ruiz’s 25 works will be on display at the gallery, free of entrance charge from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am 4:00 p.m., until 27 January.

As a contribution to INAC, the artist donated three works to the Juan Manuel Cedeño Gallery collection.
