Corporation property (Panama City)

What are the pros and cons of buying a Corporation house in Panama? We have been advised that this is one way of getting the Friendly Nations Visa. However, we are uncertain as to exactly what a Corporation property means and whether you actually own the property or not. Even if we don't get a visa this way, it would be useful to know as have seen some properties listed on the internet that state they are Corporation.
