Dancing in the city (Panama City)

This is my first visit to the city, traveling alone. I'd love to go dancing Fri & Sat night. Someone in an earlier post suggested Habana for Sat night. I can take a cab there & it sounded fine to go alone & enjoy dancing. It looks like a casual place.
Any suggestions for Fri night?
