Events with British/Western people here in Panama (Panama City)

Hi there,
I'm a 26 year old British guy currently living in Panama and wondering if there's any sort of groups to like go to bars to meet people or something here?
Also are there any soccer teams here that i could train with? (Bearing in mind im still very early learning my Spaninsh...)
