Friendly Nation Visa - costs and process (Panama City)

Hi guys,

I'm fighting with Friendly Nation visa and analyzed some lawyers quotes. Anyone passed through process and willing to share quotes/conditions he get?

Prices are very different from few hundred to few thousand, but there seems to be one important factor influencing quote.

Correct me I'm wrong but seems like one lawyer charge you for process until receiving temporary residency, and multi entrance card (seems easy and quick - few days), and other charge you for process until your receive permanency and ID - process that seems to take few months.
