Here to learn more about Panama (Panama City)

I just joined InterNations. Right now I live in Key Largo in the Florida Keys.
I would like to learn more about Panama, and would like to meet US expats in Panama, particularly people who scuba dive.

My objective is to relocate from the US within the next 3 years.

I am an underwater photographer, wrote a scuba diving column in the Keys for over 3 years, and was on the Sanctuary Advisory Board of the Marine Sanctuary here for about 2 years (got fed up with the bureaucracy and the BS). I am interested in finding the best areas for diving on the Pacific coast, to spend as much time in the water as I can.

And opinions and advice would be greatly appreciated.
