Humanitarian job or Volunteer (Panama City)

Hello to everybody,
somebody can help me to find a job or a place as volunteer in humanitarian organization in Panama ?
My wife is a physiotherapist and she has experience working as medical staff and as responsible in humanitarian emergency contests.
She worked in Africa and in Haiti after the earthquake for a major humanitarian association.
