Import Tax (Panama City)

Hi Everyone,

I am British and have just moved here to set up an online business. I have bought about $25,000 worth of hardware from the United States and it will be shipped here soon. My question is, is the US/Panama Free Trade Agreement in place, or am i liable to be charged a bucket load of import tax?

If the FTA is still not finalized, does anyone know how much the import tax will be?

On a separate note, are there any fellow Brits (or anyone) out there who would like to share a beer over the Champions League Final on May 19th? For those who don't know, the UK do have a representative in the final in Chelsea.
