Info on Shelters on Cinta Costera (Panama City)

A friend and I are interested in putting together an International Dance group but we need a good location that is preferably free. We are thinking that the shelters on Cinta Costera would be a good option. Does anyone know how we would go about reserving them? Or does anyone have another idea that might be just as good?
