Investing vs renting (Panama City)
Hi everyone. I just concluded my second visit to Panama and I'm pretty sure I'll land there when I retire in a couple of years. The real estate agent my sis and I met with was promoting investment properties (not in a pushy way at all!) but I have some questions. The literature he gave us suggested that condos in choice areas of the city can attract a 70% occupancy rate -- is this realistic? Also, are there decent rentals to be found below what I've seen online? I will be able to manage a few months while looking but would need to get connected to a local grapevine.
Buy now or later? Any thoughts on where prices are going?
