Looking for affordable/reliable Tour Company (Panama City)

I am looking for a reliable (that will be on time) tour company that has affordable rates for two people to the chiriqui, boquete, and el valle area that will provide roundtrip transportation from panama city, a guide (preferably bi-lingual if available), and excursions.. if anyone has any recommendations, i would extremely appreciate it! thanks!
