Looking for Personal Trainer (Panama City)

I am looking for a male or female personal trainer that has experience with fitness competitions that has reasonable fees and that is really knowledgeable with nutrition,supplements, etc..

I was wondering if there are any independent personal trainers for hire or if my only option is to sign up at a gym like power club? also, if i live in the El dorado area is this the best gym?
