Money from UK (Panama City)

This is for any Brits in Panama who have an income paid in the UK but need to access it in Panama. Any ideas on the easiest, most cost effective way. We are HSBC Premier in the UK so can get free HSBC to HSBC transfers to anywhere there is a branch. Which we do here in Cyprus, but I believe there are no HSBCs in Panama, so wonder what other options there are.
