Moving to Panama! (Panama City)

Hi guys!

My family and I are planning to move to Panama in July/August of this year. We have never been, so would really appreciate input! We have a 2 year old with us, and work from home - so no preference in term of being close to an office.

Specifically, the questions we have now are:

1) We have been eyeing Punta Pacifica area, and the Sky Tower building along Av Balboa. Would these be appropriate for a young family? Any other areas to focus on? We wanted sea view.

2) Any daycare recommendations? He is too young for the international schools, and we need an English based program.

3) Are rental prices negotiable? Or you pay the advertised fee? Any agent recommendations?

4) We will be applying for a friendly nation visa from within the country. Do we really need to have a return ticket when entering (since we will be on tourist visa to begin with)?
