Office Space Anyone? (Panama City)

I'm wondering if anyone out here is renting an office and has room for another person? I work from home but I do much better if I have an office to go to each day. I don't take up much space and don't even need a full room, just a sort of cubicle space would be fine. I just need life around me if that makes sense. I'm living in El Congrejo and would prefer to find something close by if it can be found. I'm willing to pay a reasonable though not large amount.

I'm also open to the idea of a group office share if anyone is interested in pursing such a thing. I don't need anything fancy for seeing clients or anything. I just need a place with a desk and a good chair and internet that is a reasonable distance where I can work and have others around. Anyone have ideas?
