Panama city tall building construction (Panama City)

Dear all,
I work for an Architecture&Engineering Spanish Company and we, ve been asked by one of our clients to develop a Project for a Tall building in Panama city.
We’ve already worked in several countries all over the world but not yet in Panama and I have some doubts about law, process design, urbanism and architect responsabilities etc…
It would be really helpful to get in touch with someone there -or who has worked there in terms of construction&architecture- who could advise me where to find the urban planning legislation among other questions about Project&documentation needed.
It would be a good way of improving professional relationship finding someone through INTERNATIONS who can help me, and -who knows- maybe a future collaboration.
