Panama, Scuba Diving, and High Speed Internet (Panama City)

Hi All,

I am thinking about heading down to Panama for a few months starting Mid-October. I am looking for a place that has apartments at a reasonable price, reliable internet, and proximity to some great scuba diving. I am a web designer who frequently speaks with clients via Skype, so internet is a must.

I am pretty open to location, so any guidance at all would be much appreciated.
