Panama Traffic Court (Panama City)

Sooo... last night at 11 PM a driver slammed into the side of my car at the intersection of Fedrico Boyd and Calle 50. He ran a red light and caused about 2-3,000 dollars worth of damage to the side of the car. Immediately he assumed responsibility for the crash and said that his insurance had expired. I only have 3rd party insurance so obvioulsy he will need to come up with the cash......

He again assumed responsibility for the crash in front of the cops. My insurance company came by and took pictures. The police decided to not arrest him. The traffic court hearing is scheduled for May 18th per police report from accident.

I did get the name and a phone number of a witness.

Any advice at this point?
