Pensionado Benefits (Panama City)

Can anyone please direct me to the current benefits that pertain to Pensionado holders. All the web sites that I see on the internet are old and out dated. I am hearing that you can no longer import your vehicles into Panama tax free. If anyone has anyone information pertaining to a web site that has the current laws or knowledge of this request, please inform. Thank you, Scott
