Restaurant recommendation (Panama City)

Hi!
Thank you so much to everyone - you've been so helpful in planning this trip to Panama. I have another question for you!

My mother's 68th birthday is April 6th. We'll be in Panama City that day and I would love a recommendation for a restaurant. She loves places that are culturally interesting or just beautiful (for instance, a place with a nice view). I'm not rich so the really fancy places wouldn't be an option for me but I would like to take her someplace nice; someplace on the quiet side with good food.
