school, housing and cost of living (Panama City)

Hello,
We will be relocating from Dubai to Panama city an would like to know the best school for my 2 chilfrn aged 7 and 12, they are currently in a british system and want them in either British or IB curriculum, a for housing how much it will be for a 3 bedroom villa are they easy to find, cost of livingin Panama and safety for expat family. Soory for so many question but need to be prepared. Thanks in advance
