Shooting & Fly Fishing (Panama City)

Hi Everyone!

I'm pretty new in Panama and keen to know whether anyone here knows about shooting ranges with rifles for hire - I'm keen to get some practice in.

I'd also love to hear from anyone who knows anything about fly fishing in the country - I've heard that the Peacock Bass in Gatún go for flies and that MAYBE there are even trout in the Boquete area - any info gratefully received!
