US based company looking for Recruiters (Panama City)

A San Francisco based IT services company is looking for a full time, work from home, Marketing recruiter.

Ideally a recruiter who worked in the creative arena placing temp and temp to perm would be a great fit. Also if they have an understanding of media and advertising it would help with some of the other positions that the company recruits for as well.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and source candidates: cold-calling into competitors, working with user groups, networking within the industry, utilizing online social networking resources and other proactive strategies
• Maintain job postings
• Screen and qualify candidates
• Act as first line of communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage the interview process with hiring manger and Human Resources
• Familiar with Applicant Tracking System (Taleo is a plus)
• Deliver results with limited supervision, and effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
• Use non-traditional, "outside of the box" recruiting methods for the hard to find candidates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years experience recruiting in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience recruiting designers of a high calibre
• Previous staffing agency experience is highly desired
• Creative individual who brings stellar industry knowledge, business networks, cold calling techniques and internet research
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

A San Francisco based IT services company is looking for a technical recruiter, to help us fill several open positions in IT services. Positions are for client companies. Positions range from Technical Project managers to Software developers and Systems analysts.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and source candidates: cold-calling into competitors, working with user groups, networking within the industry, utilizing online social networking resources and other proactive strategies
• Manage third party contingency recruiters
• Maintain job postings
• Screen and qualify candidates
• Act as first line of communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage the interview process with hiring manger and Human Resources
• Familiar with Applicant Tracking System (Taleo is a plus)
• Preferably have a database of users that can be accessed.
• Deliver results with limited supervision, and effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
• Use non-traditional, "outside of the box" recruiting methods for the hard to find candidates
• Prefer on-site for the initial Protected content period

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree

• Previous experience recruiting technical IT services professionals
• Previous staffing agency experience is highly desired
