Position description:

Responsible for processing and recording of company’s journal entries for bank, taxes, fixed assets, insurance and others.

Main job tasks and responsibilities:

• Keep communications with bank personnel regarding companies’ accounts.
• Monitor and review ACH and wire transfers.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and update registers and bank statements.
• Manage Accounting software such as Platinum and Peachtree.
• Coordinate and prepared taxes report.
• In charge of the update of legal books such as
• Follow up to insurance renewal and maintain communication with insurance brokers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Accounts Payable Specialist Job Description

Position Description:

Assist Accounting management performing accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.

Main Job tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible to keep control of requested checkbooks and quantity of checks.
• In charge of prepare cash and check deposits.
• Responsible of create and keep up to date vendors’ data.
• Responsible of statements analyzes, and solve any issue related to vendors.
• Manage the vendor’s payments calendar.
• Manage Accounting software such as Platinum and Peachtree.
• Prepare, analyze and present weekly cash flow reports.
• Responsible to prepare annual income tax declaration and register expenses for the company.
