What to do during public holidays (Panama City)

Hello everyone,

I am Steven and I am here in Panama City on a business trip for 4 weeks. As I will be on my own this weekend and as Friday and Monday are days off, I am looking for activities recommendations.

Last week-end, I visited Taboga, Costa Cintera and the Albrook mall. On the week-end of November 10th, I will be visiting Ancon Hill, Miraflores Locks and Casco Viejo with one colleague.
What would you recommend me to do during this weekend? Also should I expect restaurants and places to be closed during the coming public holidays?
