Hello!

My name is Yasmin and I am a wellness coach, yoga teacher and naturopathic doctor specializing in ayurvedic medicine. My Panamanian husband, our kid and I share our time between Montreal and Panama. We are coming back to Panama for the cold months and I am hosting two incredible yoga retreats:

• Yoga + Hiking Cloud Forest Retreat, Nov. Protected content . 2, Volcán, Chiriqui

The Kids Yoga training is a certification course or professional development training for anyone who works with kids or has kids. It's also a lot of fun!

The Yoga + Hiking Retreat is the perfect time to unplug and truly relax. Beginner yoga students are totally welcome. We are staying in an amazing new eco-lodge high in the mountains and you will be so well taken care of.
