Double tax - Tax treaties (Paramaribo)

Hi,

I try to find out if Surinam will tax me on my world income, when I become a resident early next year.
At the moment I consider to relocate back to Surinam to live their with my family and to enjoy the lifestyle. As it is hard to find a local well paid job, I consider to keep working on a rotation in Australia. That means I still have to pay all my tax on my income in Australia, but I want to prevent that I have to pay double tax in Surinam again.

As fas as I know their is not a double tax agreement between Australie and Surinam. I tried to contact the Surinam tax office, but no reply on my email.

Anybody any idea's or suggestions?
