any not-too-expensive but nice restaurant for a big birthday? (Paris)

Dear all,
I am looking for a restaurant in Paris for my husband's big birthday.
My budget is around 40 Euro per head (would be nice if it is cheaper) and a nice, decently traditional (not too avant-garde), preferrably good decor restaurant, with meaty dishes. Something that taste good and feel good.

Does any one has any suggestion? A romantic place wouldn't be bad :)
