Aubry, Delanoë or DSK (Paris)

Martine Aubry, the leader of the Parti Socialiste (PS) and mayor of the northern French city of Lille, begins to attain the status of ”presidentiable” – ie. a person you can imagine as president.

Aubry was elected party leader during tumultuous forms. She won over Segolene Royal, with the smallest of margins: 0.04%. Aubry is a typical product of the French social system and born into the socialist party. She has obviously graduated from ENA: Ecole Nationale d’Administration, which is almost mandatory for French politicians and high government officials. Her father is Jacques Delors, former socialist finance minister under Mitterand.
