Best area to live to commute to job in St Ouen (Paris)

Hi folks,

similar post to others in relation to the best area to live with a family Protected content and a 8 months old baby) in Paris.

We are looking for a nice family friendly area, easy access to transport (either RER, bus, metro), amenities especially creches and that could be not an hassle to get to Saint Ouen where my bf job is located.

Anybody working there?
Could you advise on areas to avoid and those to prefer?
