Can i try student visa when i am comming on Visit (Paris)

Hello Dear All

i am Syed working in Gulf and i gor Shengen Visa for 3 Months can i come to Paris and get the student visa if i join any course please help me i want to travel in Jan. Protected content suggest and how much is the monthly expenses for a person to live and search the job in paris and how much is the Tution Fees if i take any Course in Paris.
