Commuting in Paris

We are trying to determine where in Paris to live (we move in January Protected content . I am using google maps to calculate travel time from different areas to Courbevoie using the Metro and just can't believe the duration it is showing.

can anyone validate what typical the travel times via the metro would be from the 15th, 14th, 12th to Courbevoie? Google maps seems to be think it could be up to 1 hour each way!!! I hope this is wrong :)
