Dual National Income Tax (Paris)

I am looking for some help with my residency status vis a vis my taxes. I hold dual nationality with France and the US but earn all my income in the US. I would like to claim residency here so that I can buy a flat at the interesting rates afforded to residents. I don't want to pay income tax here though. I am looking for someone to help set this up for me to ensure protection of my income in the US.
