Fashion buyer for chinese company (Paris)

Key Responsibilities and Job Objectives
1. According to the market research and brand positioning, to assist in formulating the buying strategy and product mix for each season, and Purchase budget
基于国内外市场调研与品牌定位,参与制定季度采购策略和产品组合以及采购预算
2 To participate in ad hoc projects such as new product launch events and fashion shows for the fashion brands, adjust procurement strategy
参加时尚品牌的新品发布会或时装秀,制定、调整采购策略
3. Responsible for communication and negotiation with European fashion brands' supplier, build and maintain relationships with European brand suppliers, to introduce the brand and the most competitive price
负责与欧洲时尚品牌供应商沟通与谈判,建立与维护欧洲品牌供应商的关系,引进品牌,并争取最具竞争力的商品价格;
4. To provide product training to sales, assist in positioning new commodity price , and determining merchandise display position and mode
向商品销售运营人员提供培训,为新商品进行价格定位,确定新商品展示位置及方式
5. Periodically analyse data of sales performance, merchandising mix & inventory situations, Adjust and optimize product category and procurement strategy
定期分析销售业绩、营销组合与库存,调整、优化产品品类与采购策略
6. Responsible for stock allocation and merchandise reordering management
负责库存分配和商品订货管理
7. Regular feedback to management on competitors’activities, new brands & trends investigation.
定期反馈竞争对手的活动、新品牌或流行趋势的市场调研

Qualification:
Education and experiences profile
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, designing or related
大学本科以上学历,市场、设计及相关专业
Protected content experience in international fashion buying or food buying experience, solid working experience in fashion retail chains or Trading Company/B2C company
3年以上时尚买手或食品买手工作经验,知名服装零售商、外贸公司或电子商务公司买手经验

Knowledge
-Love fashion, Excellent understanding of fashion, luxury/food brands and history, Familiar with both European and Chinese culture, forecast and insight into Chinese consumer needs
热爱时尚,对时尚、奢侈品/食品品牌和文化有深刻的理解,熟悉欧洲和中国文化,预见、洞察中国消费者时尚需求
-Be sensitive to luxury/food marketing trend,Strong numerical and analytical sense; Stock allocation and merchandise reordering management, , forecasting market trend, control capacity on goods
对于当前奢侈品/食品的市场趋势、有相当的敏锐度,较强的数据分析意识,熟悉库存调配、商品订货管理,对未来市场行情能进行预测,对商品结构、计划有整体的把控能力

Language
-Proficiency in written and verbal English, Proficiency French
-Fluent in Chinese (preferable)
