Finding a flat without 'dossier' (Paris)

Hello everyone, I was wondering if someone could help me with this: I'm going to move to Paris with my girlfriend and little daughter, to work as a bike tour guide. It's pretty difficult apparently to find a place to live if one has no 'dossier' or steady job. I'm going to make enough money of course, but I'm having difficulty finding a house owner that doesn't ask for a working contract. I can offer financial guarantee from my parents or mother-in-law if necessary.
Does anyone know of a way to find a nice place to live, nothing fancy, besides the regular channels?
