French and friends (Paris)

Helo Everyone!
I live in Nanterre at the moment and Iam looking for a good French teacher. I have been living in France for more then three years now but as I work with my English, my French is still quite week. My New Year's Eve resolution is French language exam for this year))
Also, Iam looking for people , mainly from my age group ( Iam 40 in April)) )to see nice places in Paris, to go to exhibitions, cinemas, or even outside of the city to nature. To make friends))
