To complete our team in Paris and support the growth of our panels in EMEA and LATAM, we are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager - SCANDINAVIA for the Digital Marketing Department. Your work will have a meaningful impact on the growth of our panels.

The ideal person for this role is marketing, community & tech-savvy, data-driven, with proven hands-on experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: • Drive strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing to onboard, retain, build loyalty and increase lifetime value by engaging customers with personalized, targeted and relevant marketing at every stage
• Develop and execute an overall CRM strategy and communications plan leveraging appropriate marketing channels
• Define and document briefs, business rules, data/tech requirements, system integrations as well as processes and procedures for all lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with all relevant teams to design, implement and evaluate personalized lifecycle
• Partner with Analytics team to ensure that all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics which are tracked and analyzed
• Work with product, technology and data teams to define feature and data requirements to create new communication channels and engagement functionalities, and improve the intelligence available for relevant, personalized, real-time marketing
• Drive buy vs. build decisions including evaluating, onboarding and integrating with new vendors and technology that move the business forward, simplify and speed up processes, and increase the effectiveness of tactics/programs
• Plan and execute digital marketing media campaigns to onboard new members ensuring a healthy ROI
Key Objectives: • Develop brand affinity to increase member productivity and lifespan and to increase organic traffic
• Lead, execute and develop a marketing strategy for all lifecycle initiatives in DK, FI, NO, SE
• Manage media campaigns for brand awareness and member acquisition using all digital marketing channels
• Manage our community website and increase user engagement and lifetime value by moderating content and organizing campaigns to stimulate community involvement against measurable metrics. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related field
Protected content of marketing experience in all aspects of customer lifecycle management including acquisition, loyalty programs, up-sell and cross-sell strategy, promotions and customer segmentation
• Proven track record of working at the tactical level to execute innovative CRM initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
• Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very fast-paced environment with ambiguity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data, influence others and build relationships
• Fluent in English, native speaker in either DK, FI, NO or SE.
• Experience in Digital Media and Performance Marketing
• Proficient IT skills including but not limited MS Office, CRM Software
• Strong team-building skills including cross-cultural abilities
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, leadership and networking skills
• Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change
