looking for venues...Paris

I would really appreciate your local expertise about great spaces available to use/rent for seminars, workshops, courses, mediations, sessions...I prefer plenty of light, good atmosphere/ambience, could be corporate, could be a bit funky, or elegant, a studio even...close to a park or even better with access to a garden, courtyard...would be super - could be a shared practice...and somewhere fairly central, reasonable fees
