Marketing & Communication Coordinator (Paris)

The job:

You will work within the Marketing and Communication department. You will coordinate activities for the Group and all of its subsidiaries.

Your missions will include: .

Enterprise Social Network and Website: You will support our subsidiaries in managing and using our enterprise social network, Workplace from Facebook, and our website’s CMS
International events: You will coordinate the Group and its subsidiaries’ participation in international events: reservation, on-site logistics, reception, processing leads, etc.
Employee engagement: You will organize activities and events for our employees around the world: photo competitions, sports competitions, etc.
Administration of tools: You will act as the main POC for various marketing & communication tools used throughout the Group: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GetResponse email marketing, etc.
Creation and translation of communication assets: You will write copy for different assets (one-pagers, presentations, press releases) or translate them into English, and create videos
Social media: You will support our subsidiaries in using our different social media channels

Profil recherché

You are a recent graduate from a university or business school (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) with the following qualities and skills:

Perfect written and spoken English
Organized, efficient, and adaptable
Sense of initiative, rigor, social skills and dynamic
