Need help finding a phone number please (Paris)

Hello all. I am a US citizen with a friend currently being detained by the French immigration in Paris. My friend is a Brazilian citizen with permanent alien residency in the US. I can't seem to find the detention center at or near bourbon county/Charles digour? I do not speak French at all and am at a loss as to how to get ahold of my friend so I can find out what is needed to get him released.

Can anyone help with a telephone number please?
