Office Manager italian/french
Internationals/international home is a Paris based B2C company, providing several services for non-resident people in France mainly in real estate (investment, management, furnished rentals etc) and present in the real estate market in Germany, Florida and Italy, now recruiting her:
part time (9/10)
6 months wk contract,
possibly leading to a permanent position
Acting as the Managing Director’s # 2 on all admin topics, you will be responsible for:
- the timely and accurate completion of all admin tasks required by the smooth daily running of the company’s operations ( invoicing, payments, correspondance, documentation, etc.)
- interfacing with the external accountants and with the properties owners or rep.
- the organisation of the MD’s time schedule, local and international business trips, business meetings, powerpoint presentations, conference calls, etc.
- the admin support of the team’s sales managers
- the management and training of a trainee
Your professional background entails successful similar responsibilities.
The full pack office does not hold any secret for you.
You work indifferently in French and in Italian; A good level of English would be an asset.
Self organized and utterly pragmatic, your adaptation skills, your flexibility and your interpersonal skills are remarkable.
