Paris/Normandy

Greetings to all. I will be arriving on the 15th of November and staying til the 24th. I will be taking a tour of Normandy and going to the museums. After that I am open for suggestions. I will be staying in Bayeux area. However, traveling to Paris will not be a problem. Suggestions on where to eat and see outside of he norm would be great.
