A UNIQUE TASTING IN PARIS:
Our Cheese and Wine Tasting Session gives you the opportunity to discover a whole world of authenticity and flavours.

Virginie, cheese-merchant, friendly and passionate, proudly continues the tradition in the family for the third generation.

She proposes you to share her passion and knowledge with you :

Learning raw cheese making and its maturing in our cellars,

Dicoverind the different families of cheeses (the different pastes),

Recognizing cheese specialties according to their region,

Identifiing tastes and flavours for each family,

And above all…waking up your sense through a tasting of 7 seasonal rare cheeeses.
They are combined with original and surprising flavours such as : white wine jam, olive and lemon chtney, fig chutney, gingerbread or quince paste… We propose you also an exquisite selection of breads and an appropriate selection of wines coming from small properties.

This discovery session lasts 2 hours - It takes place in our cheeseshop in Montmartre, Paris
